Natalie Bryant - Accompanist

Natalie first began playing the piano at the age of 3 and had her first job as an organist of the military chapel at Inglis Barracks, where the family was stationed, when just 13 years of age. She also began playing the trombone as an 11 year old were she achieved grade VIII in under 9 months.

Her musical training continued at the Royal Acadamy for Music from where she went on to work in the pit orchestras of London's West End as a trombonist, playing for shows such as Jesus Christ Superstar, Evita, Fiddler on the Roof and Oklhoma, to name but a few.

She also pursued a classical career playing for major orchestras, including both the BBC Symphony and Concert Orchestra (where you might have heard her as part of the orchestra for Friday night's music night if you ever tuned in!), Halle Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and the Chamber Orchestra of Europe. Her career then took a major change of direction when she was asked to go on tour as keyboard player with Opus One.

She moved to South Yorkshire in 2002 and is the organist of Holy Trinity in Rotherham, whilst playing for weddings and funerals in many other churches througout the region. She is also Musical Director of South Yorkshire Musical Comedy Society, a position she particularly enjoys being involved in the theatre which she loves, and is still an active gigging musician.
